In 1977 I was at KE Medical College Lahore. I was taking round in the Mayo Hospital ward. During some light talk with the patients a Babaji asked me, پتر تیری تلیم کتنی اے? I replied babaji you know that I am a medical student. He said, ای تاں کورس اے,تلیم دسو, Natural answer was بارہ جمات. And still my taleem is Bara Jamaat. Because 5 years MBBS and 4 years FCPS are not counted as taleem according to BABA UNIVERSITY LAHORE (BUL) These 9 years fall in category of Course.
My claim of passing 12+5+4= 21 Jamaat is still waiting approval of BUL.
16 Jamaat = Highest Taleem
16 ka PAHARA=Highest Pahada ,. ۔پہاڑہ
16 Anna. = Rupee
16 Chhitank = Seer
16. Girah = Gaz
16 Jamaat remained highest qualification for centuries. Majority of people still have this belief. School going lot was aware of PhD because of Allama Iqbal.
Post-Doctoral Fellowship was an unknown and unimaginable degree to me till my Khalazad Saqib Qazi Malhuwala announced his selection for it. He got this degree from Indiana University Bloomington in 2013.
